FollowershipWhy would anyone want you in their team?You cannot be a leader and ask others to follow you unless you yourself also know how to follow. All leaders typically find themselves working as team members under someone else’s leadership for at least part of their working hours. Effective followers contribute overwhelmingly to the success of any organisation, both through their own efforts and by allowing leaders to lead. Great followers provide support to the leader when necessary, but are not afraid to provide constructive challenge and stand up for what they believe to be right. |
