Commandant’s Parade 

Once again, we were able to showcase the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) at its best and give our guests a better understanding of what IDG is all about and why we are at RMAS.

IDG staff escorted guests to the grandstand to enjoy the ceremonial splendour of the Cadets, instructors and the military band on the Old College parade square. To round up proceedings, the guests were given a guided tour of the prestige rooms within the Old College and the Chapel.

The day was particularly special as Stephen Bennett presented a cheque for £38, 000 to the Commandant in aid of the Charity Help for Heroes. This money was rasied through a charity golf day held in September 2009.

A very successful day with positive feedback from all.
