New Head of Talent Development

IDG are pleased to welcome our new Head of Talent Development, Bobby Chatterjee.

Bobby’s background is in financial services HR. She spent 10 years working for a leading bank, where she was appointed Senior HR Business Partner supporting at board level. She worked with central teams to design and implement talent identification, assessment and development initiatives and facilitate performance management calibration.

Prior to IDG, Bobby ran her own coaching, training and HR consultancy. The business operated within a wide range of sectors, including financial services, telecoms, retail, engineering and non-for-profit. Bobby is an experienced coach, has a degree in Psychology and Communication and is qualified in a number of psychometric tools.

As Head of Talent Development, Bobby will design and manage all talent propositions. She will work with a range of IDG clients, delivering group development programmes and individual coaching initiatives. Bobby will also play a key role in the new Inspirational Consulting team.
