IDG Business Breakfast Discussion - 12th October
IDG held another business breakfast to add to our series of discussions on the theme of 'Re-igniting Your Middle Managers'.

Middle managers form the essential DNA of any large organisation, they have great knowledge and valuable experience of the business BUT while loyal to the organisation they frequently lose their energetic engagement to the business expectation.

The discussion explored how to reignite this critical mass of committed managers, who have such valuable collective experience and talent, and also looked at the steps that Lloyds Banking Group have taken to achieve a high performance culture ready for today’s commercial challenges.  Our guest speakers were:
