Pre- and Post Programme 360º Feedback

We have our own Leadership, Followership & Partnership 360º Feedback Survey which measures capabilities in 15 different areas on a before-and-after basis to provide real measurable evidence of new skills in action and behavioural change.

We also work with clients to tailor pre-and post-programme 360º Feedback to bring their own internal competency frameworks alive thus ensuring that development and its measurement is  joined up with internal performance management and talent development processes.

The diagram below is an example of an aggregated pre-and post-programme 360º feedback survey report which we developed for evaluating a programme for 500 managers from a commercial banking environment. It summarises improvements in every single one of the 55 questionnaire items.

Please note that this summary is highly objective as it excludes “self-ratings” i.e. it is based only on the responses made by all “others”.  We also administer such surveys at regular 6-9 monthly intervals on an ongoing basis after the programme to ensure that new behaviours and skills are being used and are not eroding with time.
