Edward is a former senior Royal Naval Officer with over fourteen years of experience of leadership in the Royal Navy, seven of which were spent as a Senior Staff Officer at the prestigious Royal Naval Leadership Academy, Dartmouth developing both effective high performance teams and individual leaders drawn from over 30 nations including many from the Middle East.

Masters level qualified in leadership and management he now works as a consultant, facilitator and coach for IDG. An effective and confident presenter and facilitator with a proven record of leadership and management programme development for middle and senior management in the public sector.

Edward is BPS accredited and certified in a number of psychometric tools including MBTI and SDI. He has been with IDG since 2011.
