Hana SearsonHead of TalentHana is currently Head of Talent at Inspirational Development Group, working with a number of clients on learning, coaching and talent programmes globally and specialising in talent management strategy, coaching, learning design and training evaluation & assessment. She has a B.A. in English Literature, an M.Phil in Critical Theory and an MSc. in Organisational Behaviour, with a Coaching Diploma and NLP Practitioner Level.
She has designed and implemented learning strategy at senior and global level, designed and managed graduate programmes, designed blended learning programmes for a large number of soft skill topics, implemented coaching programmes, carried out professional, private and pro-bono coaching, developed talent management processes, carried out internal efficiency consulting led team development activities and facilitated leadership programmes. Hana would like to spend her free-time sleeping, but actually spends it building space rockets with her two small children, walking the dog and reading whatever and whenever she can.
