Heather CouchmanProgramme ManagerHeather works closely alongside the Directorate Team to assist them with the implementation and delivery of all their major leadership programmes. Heather assists with these programmes at every step of the way from tendering, designing, planning, delivery and reporting using known project management techniques. Heather works closely with our clients to ensure that we meet and indeed exceed their expectations of us as an organisation.
Before IDG, Heather worked for a large UK Financial Institution in Organisational Effectiveness, Human Resources. Heathers background was working with Talent & Emerging Talent where she was responsible for managing the IT Emerging Talent portfolio and the design of a specific IT programme. Her role also involved working closely with various Leadership Teams to develop their individual and team capabilities by identify learning needs using a number of models and consultancy tools. Heather is kept busy by her two children. Whilst encouraging them to join in her enthusiasm for fitness she has recently rejected her son’s offer to take up rugby with him.
