Assists the Directorate Team in tendering, designing, planning and reporting. Heather manages the Admin Team and works closely with clients to ensure that we meet, and indeed exceed, their service expectations
Prior to IDG, Heather worked for the Organisational Effectiveness department of a large UK financial institution. Managing the IT Emerging Talent portfolio, she worked closely with leadership teams to identify learning needs and develop individual and team capabilities
Heather is experienced in the use of a number of project management techniques and development models.
