Ingle Dawson

Director - Management Training & Development

Ingle has a degree in Industrial Economics from Nottingham University. Ingle qualified as a chartered accountant in 1982. He has contributed to a number of management books and is author of the ACCA Practice Support publication “Marketing a Practice”.  He is a licensed LIFO (Life Orientation) practitioner.

Before moving into full time coaching, training and consultancy, Ingle was a partner for 5 years in a major international firm. During that time he had both marketing and human resource responsibilities for a regional practice, and was managing partner of one of the offices in the region. In addition to advising a portfolio of clients he had ongoing involvement in shaping the national firm’s management development programme, and designing and delivering key courses.

After leaving the profession, he spent 5 years as partner in a skills training practice, and 7 years as a founding director of a successful change management consultancy. He joined IDG in 2002, and leads the Young Managers Programme as well as working with a wide range of clients.
