Joined IDG in 2010 as a consultant and motivational speaker who specialises in developing graduate talent
Facilitates leadership and team-working development through innovate tasks and best practice messages leveraged from his numerous mountaineering expeditions. He is also runs the IDG marketing department and is responsible for event management and marketing activity
In 2005, Jake became the youngest Briton to climb Everest and the youngest man to climb the 7 Summits. A year later, he broke the world record for climbing the highest mountain in every State in the Continental USA. He has also broken age and speed records in Alaska, Argentina and the Antarctic and claimed the first ascents in Kyrgyzstan
Balances public speaking commitments to businesses and schools around the world with his responsibilities as an Officer in the Territorial Army.
