Kathie utilises her extensive Leadership experience and global leadership and training design initiatives.

She has completed 24 years service in the British Army and was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel. She was awarded the MBE for her work in Leadership design for operational training. She recently was the Training Advisor to HM Sultan of Brunei and responsible for the design and delivery of Leadership training across their Armed Forces. She has set up a Training Company delivering Basic Expedition and Leadership training.

Kathie is an experienced facilitator with specialisms in Leadership and educational design with an MBA, MA in Educational Technology and qualified in several psychometric tools.
