Katie ScottOperations Manager - SandhurstKatie’s background lies in the hospitality sector having previously worked within an exclusive five star hotel and spa. After five years developing excellent customer service skills in the sales environment she moved to the Inspirational Development Group in 2001. Her talents were initially developed within event management before her progression to the facilitation team delivering team and graduate development programmes for well known organisations. Katie has been involved with two of IDG’s Middle Eastern projects. One of which was assessing the leadership and management capabilities of the Abu Dhabi Civil Service, and more recently with a large leadership selection and development project in Bahrain. She gained various qualifications and skills relating to hospitality and catering and has completed a number of personal development courses at IDG. All of which have enhanced her delivery, operational and marketing skills for the business including being a BPS accredited practitioner in psychometric testing. Her main areas of expertise at IDG are managing the Sandhurst office and team plus delivering graduate and team development programmes. She leads the Sandhurst team marketing initiatives and continues to co-ordinate inspirational leadership and team development programmes for groups of up to 800 people. |
