Laurent CorneilleConsultantLaurent is a consultant who focuses on programme facilitation and account management for some of IDG’s biggest clients. He brings a wealth of commercial experience, having spent 8 years prior to joining IDG working in account direction and leading senior international sales teams serving Blue Chip companies in the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Luxury, Automotive and Financial Services sectors. He has enjoyed four years in the specialist area of Operational Excellence and is well versed in Lean, Six Sigma and other holistic approaches to business improvement. His time within the OpEx space has provided him with deep insights into the importance of behavioural and cultural change in organisational transformation programmes. Laurent has a degree in French Politics, Philosophy & Literature from the University of Warwick and is fluent in both French and Italian. He has a Six Sigma Green Belt and is accredited in SDI and Hogan Psychometric Instruments. |
