Mira ElTalConsultantMira works as a consultant for IDG based in the Middle East. Mira is responsible for the designing and delivery of leadership development programs as well as business development in the Middle East. Mira is a Jordanian/American who has lived, studied and worked in Jordan, USA and the UAE. Mira worked on and IDG project, delivering accurate assessments and reports on the leadership and management capabilities of members of the Abu Dhabi Civil Service. Her responsibilities included helping to design the assessment framework; the accurate grading of each candidate; the production of detailed reports, and highlighted strengths and potential areas for development.
Prior to joining IDG, Mira worked as a freelance consultant in experiential training, where she developed corporate leadership and teambuilding programs facilitated in both English and Arabic. She worked with a variety of industries including, oil and gas, banking, retail, real estate, hospitality and manufacturing. Outside of IDG Mira enjoys bashing her car in the desert, exploring the world through international volunteering, and eating lots of good food.
