Is a bi-lingual consultant based in the Middle East

Delivers development programmes and assessment centres. While assessing the leadership capabilities of the Abu Dhabi Civil Service, Mira designed the assessment framework, accurately graded each candidate and produced detailed reports which highlighted strengths and potential areas for development

Experience includes developing the leadership capabilities of Bahrain’s most promising students and working with the first female soldiers to be selected for the Qatari Military

Prior to joining IDG in 2008, Mira worked as a freelance consultant in experiential training. She has lived, studied and worked in Jordan, the USA and the UAE.
