Nicky CloughConsultantNicky has over 15 years experience in Learning and Development Began her career at KPMG in London where she qualified as a chartered accountant. Following a secondment International HQ in Amsterdam she spent 5 years as a HR manager specialising in Graduate Recruitment and Exam Training Joined FTC Kaplan lecturing in Business Finance, Economics and Accounting. She went on to become a lead member of a team tasked with delivering bespoke financial training programmes for blue chip clients Nicky is now a partner in a bespoke training consultancy whose clients span the private and public sectors. She has delivered programmes for a global bank, an oil and gas major, a national broadcaster and a leading UK charity Nicky has achieved Levels A and B with the British Psychological Society and is an accredited MBTI practioner |
