Peter CampbellPeter spent 20 years in corporate life in global logistics; in sales, marketing and general management roles in the UK, USA and Caribbean. His last corporate appointment was General Manager of a unit responsible for 800 people, 27 locations and £100m turnover. He has spent the last twelve years in consultancy, operating as trainer, team builder, facilitator and executive coach and mentor; he is also a non-executive director of a publishing company. He is a licensed LIFO (Life Orientation) practitioner. After corporate life, Peter spent five years as a partner in a skills training practise and ten years as a founder director of a successful change management consultancy. Peter specialises in coaching directors/partners and senior managers to increase their effectiveness, motivation and fulfillment by developing greater range in their leadership style: enhance their impact, style profile and reputation by helping them develop their personal brand: and improve the performance of their teams through developing behavioural options. |
