Is an associate consultant who has delivered development programmes to Unilever, Nestle, Ford, Mars, Coca Cola, Kraft and Bacardi globally.

He has coached over 500 clients during 10 years of personal and executive coaching; clients including SME business owners, international sportsmen and the editor of a national newspaper.

He is an NLP Trainer and master practitioner and coaching skills mentor.  He has trained over 350 people in coaching skills and runs and designs Advanced Coaching Skills and NLP Practitioner Courses

He was the lead consultant for a programme tasked with transforming the coaching culture of a local government body and Led the design and delivery of a leadership development programme for a celebrated London hotel. Piers runs a behavioural change consultancy and a life coaching company
