Sara Rowe

Consultant - Associate

After an early career developing her training skills in the pharmaceutical and civil engineering industries, from 1984, Sara held senior positions in Learning and Development at Coopers & Lybrand (Training Manager), Video Arts (Sales and Presentations Manager) and H W Fisher & Co (Director of Training).

For the past 10 years Sara has worked exclusively in external consulting, specialising in management development, specifically skill building in influencing, interviewing, coaching and performance management. She has designed and delivered high impact programmes for major clients in London and Europe both as an independent consultant and as an associate for IDG. Sara is an accredited user of the MBTI, LIFO and SDI inventories as well an NLP Practitioner.
