Is one of our Senior Consultants and heads up our sales and marketing function

Delivers to all of our major clients on long term leadership development programmes and high performance team workshops

Is a former Army Officer and until recently, was our Project Director at RMAS where he successfully retendered for our contract with the MOD

Experience includes operational tours of Northern Ireland and Sierra Leone as well as a tour as a military instructor at RMAS.  Tim has worked for IDG for 5 years and is qualified in a number of psychometric and team analysis tools.
