Delivering a Return on Training InvestmentIDG endeavours to design and deliver programmes that will achieve a measurable return on investment in three areas: behavioural, organisational and financial. Working closely with Lloyds TSB, we developed a behavioural change programme that actually delivers verifiable and sustainable returns. To date projects developed on the Lloyds Experienced Managers' Programme have delivered tangible business benefits in excess of £3 million with further benefits expected to accrue each year as per the graph below.
The programme is aimed at middle to senior managers and is designed to tap into the collective reservoir of talent, knowledge and real-world understanding that they possess.
