Experienced Managers' ProgrammeThe award for Most Innovative Training Programme for 2005 was won by "The Experienced Managers' Programme" which was designed and delivered by IDG It is a five step leadership development initiative, starting and finishing at the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst. It taps into and capitalises on the collective reservoir of talent, knowledge and real-world understanding that middle and senior managers possess.
Through a comprehensive before-and-after, web-based 360º feedback survey, we measure the effectiveness of the overall programme and the progress of participants both as a group and as individuals in relation to real business issues and their own personal development objectives. The Quick-Win Payback Projects - an integral part of the programme - have realised tangible business benefits e.g. one of our large banking clients have profited in excess of £3 million to date with a further £1.2 million expected to accrue each year. These financial returns played a large part in the programme being awarded the Institute of Financial Services (IFS) Innovation in Training Award 2005. This programme continues to be central to our clients' leadership development strategy for its middle and senior management team. |
