IDG is in the highly privileged position of being able to offer training based at the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst (RMAS) in Surrey. Through an exclusive partnering agreement with the Academy, we are able to utilise some of the skills and expertise on offer, enabling us to combine a commercial awareness with an operational expertise that the Army has been honing for over 200 years.

Facilitators are drawn from both organisations and are accomplished in teaching effective communication, calmness in pressured situations and how to preserve high morale using the philosophy of 'Mission Command'. These are all highly desirable skills needed to increase effectiveness in the work place.
