What is Mission Command?Mission Command allows an organisation to make rapid decisions in an uncertain, fast-changing environment and to translate them, without delay, into decisive action. As a philosophy it attempts to maximise human creativity, initiative and diligence. Mission Command is at the core of the training that is delivered to the Officer Cadets of the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst (RMAS). We work in partnership with RMAS to leverage the best from the 200 years of leadership training and experience that the British Army has with the latest thinking from the business world.
