The two-phase quantitative and qualitative study examined the perceptions of graduate value and retention issues amongst a sample of HR and Graduate Managers in the private and public sectors in the UK. The quantitative phase revealed perceptions of HR and Graduate Managers in the current economic climate and has provided some very interesting considerations for organisations running formal graduate programmes in both the public and private sector.
