Our approach is intensive, challenging, participative and pragmatic. Our sports programmes are firmly rooted in the practical application of theory and applying it to the sports field. We build on the participants’ hard-won experience, along with best practice, to enable them to achieve even higher performance levels.

Through our partnering agreement with the Royal Military Academy Sandhust (RMAS), we have the opportunity to host our sports programmes at The Academy. RMAS boasts an impressive array of sports facilities including a state of the art gym, pitches, athletics track, hockey pitch, and assault course, as well as hundreds of acres of military training grounds. It is an inspirational place that will embed confidence, and sets the tone for a memorable programme.
