Learning Outcomes

By the end of our programmes, teams, coaches and individuals can expect to have had the time and opportunity to:

  • Make a more focused contribution to their sport through self-awareness and by leveraging their own personal strengths and preferred working styles and those of others 
  • Develop skills to motivate and influence others to improve individual & team performance, recognising that flexibility in their approach will generate better results
  • To give individuals and the team the confidence necessary to be able to develop and sustain relationships at all levels
  • Empower and encourage individuals to take on greater responsibility and accountability for their teams performance; delivering the required results in a high pressure environment  
  • Recognise that leadership and followership are two sides of the same coin essential to the development of a high performance culture
  • Become more effective and confident in productively challenging each other and being challenged in order to ‘police’ the highest of individual and team standards
  • Clarify their own development objectives and the choices available to help develop their skills through a practical personal development plan
