UK and Europe

Whilst our international portfolio grows apace, our core work continues to be in the UK.

In 2013, three of our UK-based programmes were officially honoured with industry-recognised awards. The programmes, for organisations from the banking, food and drink and construction industries, were all praised for their innovation and quantifiable results.

We take pride in building and sustaining long-term relationships with our clients. Our FUSION programme is celebrating its 8th year as a part of the learning and development programme of a major international bank.

Our work in the UK is supported by extensive and dedicated teams onsite at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and our head office in Victoria, London.

Many of our faculty are multi-lingual and as a result we have delivered many programmes across Europe in the native language.

For example, our Commercial Leadership Programme ensures that managers and leaders are equipped to make decisions that enhance the commercial performance of their entity in a measurable way. We were asked to run these programmes by a client with office in in France and the Netherlands. To make them accessible to all, they were presented in English, German, French and Dutch using IDG consultants fluent in the local business language.
