As in the Far East, we have developed a very strong and cohesive network in Africa and during the last year we have delivered programmes in South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Gabon, Zambia, Côte d’Ivoire, Tanzania, and Kenya.

For example, IDG was invited by a leading international bank to develop and deliver a global programme for their management population. The client had identified that to develop a genuine performance culture required increased capability and confidence to conduct not just the formal stages of their performance process but more importantly on-going “Great Conversations”.

A particular challenge was one that IDG faces on much of its’ international work, that of aligning solutions to facilitate a cultural fit across many diverse regional and global stakeholders and participants. Coupled with this was the high degree of logistical and administrative support that IDG was required to provide in delivering solutions not only across in Africa but also in Europe, Singapore, China and India.
