The IDG Oman office was established in 2013 with a team of 11 employees, as well as highly qualified associates and highly capable partners with whom we work regularly.
In 2013 we designed and delivered a learning intervention for PDO that focused on developing participants’ understanding around the concept of WorkCitizenship©, to become role models for fellow workers and positive pioneers for the organization. As with all our learning programs, we measured and reported the behavioural development of participants. View the video in the sidebar to see what a participant had to say.
Previous projects we have delivered for PDO include Mental Resilience and Teambuilding, WorkCitizenship© for their Security Personnel and various contractors, and provision of evaluation tools to assess the success of development interventions.
We have also delivered high calibre performance development for an international bank’s Senior Leadership Team, Team Building for Schlumberger Petroleum Technical Services scientists and a range of programs for the Mazoon Electricity Company in Financial, Commercial and Business Development domains. As well as an ongoing Coaching and Mentoring program for their senior leaders in support of their succession planning initiative.
