We believe that coaching should be a forward looking approach to facilitate another person’s thinking to help them to move forward and create change. It means helping another person to learn rather than teaching them.
Our coaches are experienced, credible and well- qualified. Having worked in a variety of substantial businesses prior to specialising in coaching, they come with a high degree of commercial rigour and personal credibility.
The traditional concept of coaching has been in a stand-alone context. However, whilst we do coach senior executives, to be effective coaching needs to be a part of an overall personal development plan. As such, many of our development programmes will include an element of one-to-one coaching.
It is vital that coaching is seen as an integral part of leadership and much of our recent work in this space has been developing managers/leaders within the client organisation to take on the role of coach in the workplace environment.
