At our next complimentary taster event, you will discover how we can help you create a unique early career development programme to perfectly suit your organisation. The event will take place at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst on 5th December.
We work with our clients to create bespoke programmes for early career development. Whether it be “bootcamps” for hundreds of starters at Sandhurst, large scale induction events at the client’s premises, or content to sit alongside an established curriculum, this year alone we have helped welcome over 500 new starters for various clients.
Attracting the best talent is difficult. Competition within industries is fierce. Career development is high on the agenda for graduates and as an employer, you want to stand out as an organisation that puts learning first. You can find out how to do that by joining us at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and finding out how we create exceptional learning experiences in a uniquely inspirational environment, designed to complement an induction programme for a new intake or supplement a wider curriculum.
Imagine being a young graduate and within days of taking up your first long-term career appointment, you are whisked off to the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst with tens or even hundreds of your peers, potentially from all over the world. You walk the hallowed halls, following the same path that every army officer must take in order to be commissioned. You are thrown into energetic, exciting, challenging scenarios with your new cross-functional team, in the same grounds that have been teaching elite leadership methods for 200 years. You share an experience like no other, creating enduring bonds, learning exceptional behaviours.
This taster event will give you examples of our experiential learning techniques, explain the relevance of the theories behind them, and introduce you to the Academy. Apply for your complimentary place below.
Your programme will typically include:
- An introduction to IDG and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst
- Details of how our leadership development methodologies support and promote the right behaviours for your organisation’s values and strategies.
- Examples of team building activities typically used to support team and personal development, including obstacle course, raft building, and various high impact problem-solving scenarios.
- A tour of the buildings and grounds of Sandhurst.
