Experience Sandhurst, the IDG methodology, and engage in powerful, enlightening discussions around topics relevant to you and your business
Who is this for?
You want to increase the leadership capability of your organisation.
You are an executive, senior HR person, or similar organisational decision maker.
As part of our exclusive partnering agreement with the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, IDG is proud and honoured to be attending the forthcoming Commandant’s Parade. We are also delighted to be able to extend an invitation to selected guests who would like an introduction to the academy and IDG.
The Commandant’s Parade is the full dress rehearsal for the official passing out ceremony, the Sovereign’s Parade. It involves all the cadets marching onto the famous parade square in front of Old College, before being presented to the official representative of the Queen. Following the presentation, the cadets then march up the steps into Old College, traditionally followed by the College Adjutant on horseback. They are then officially commissioned in a ceremony at midnight.
The first Sovereign’s Parade was performed on 14 July 1948, in front of King George VI.
As our guest, your day will begin by joining us in the world famous and prestigious Old College. You will be given a full introduction to IDG and the Academy, including the history of both, and specifics of the leadership philosophies and methodologies. You will then enjoy the full Commandant’s Parade, followed by lunch before being taken on a tour of the Academy.
Invitations are available to anyone who is a decision maker for an organisation considering starting a leadership or management development programme. IF you are interested, please complete the form below and we will be in touch.
