CMI Level 3 Diploma in Management
This qualification is for supervisors and first-line managers and has been designed to support the development of knowledge and competence in managing individuals and teams. Including developing skills in working with others, managing yourself, and coordinating the work of your team. Achievement of the qualification confirms competence in an occupational role to the standards required.
CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership
These qualifications are designed for practising middle managers and leaders at operations, division, departmental or specialist level, who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner. CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Approaches to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
The aim of this award is to enable senior leaders to develop an in-depth understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion at a strategic level. Leaders will have the opportunity to critically assess structural inequality within an organisational and societal context. They will discuss approaches to comply with legal and good practice requirements and to appraise the influence of equality, diversity and inclusion on strategic objectives. The unit culminates in leaders being given the opportunity to develop strategic priorities for equality, diversity and inclusion.
